Arrangements for outdoor and indoor games like Athletics, Cricket, Hockey, Football, Volleyball, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Carrom Board, etc. exist in the College.

National Cadet Corps
The college has two companies of N.C.C., Infantry wing and Naval wing, both commanded by commissioned N.C.C. Officers. N.C.C. cadets are given training in drill, map reading, shooting, field craft, first aid and the fire fighting. The cadets are also sent to attend various adventure courses like mountaineering, rock climbing, para shooting, trekking and various leadership and advance leadership camps, at different places. The complete training in N.C.C. is free of charge.
Any male student can join either Infantry or Naval wing of N.C.C by applying in prescribed forms available with the respective N.C.C. officer, Dr. Sushil Dutt, Dept. of Political Science.
The college has an N.C.C. wing for the girls commanded by a female N.C.C. Officer.

In order to create interest in social service among students and to employ their spare time gainfully, the college maintains an N.S.S unit. This unit is active throughout the year in institutional development, blood donation, campus cleanliness, hobbies in specialized fields, e.g. painting, music, doll making etc. Mr. Nawal Kishore, Dept. of Political Science, is the incharge of N.S.S. |

Student's Union
There is a student's union, elections for which are held every year. Every bonafide student of the college is a member of the student's union. |

Magazine
The college brings out its magazine "Raka" which contains essays, articles, stories and poems written by both teachers and students. The magazine carries three sections one each in English, Hindi and Sanskrit.
